Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that it is $25. Express Shipping is a paid upgrade at $25 on any order, including one over the free threshold.

Canada wide delivery takes 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

It can. Items in one order are sometimes packed and sent separately, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

Yes, within 15 days of your purchase. A change-of-mind return (better price found, changed mind, does not fit, no longer needed, ordered the wrong item) carries a non-refundable $29 per order packing and handling charge, and the return postage is yours. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging. Provincial consumer legislation may give you further rights where you live, and it is not affected by this policy.

Tell us and we sort it. A faulty, damaged or wrong item is our cost to put right, including the return postage, and the $29 change-of-mind handling charge does not apply to it.

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, because most orders are picked within 24 hours. If it has not been dispatched we cancel it and refund you, less the 12.5% service and processing fee the cancellation policy sets out.

We do not publish a manufacturer warranty period for this item, so we will not claim one. Your rights against a product that is faulty or not as described come from the sale-of-goods and consumer protection legislation of your own province, and nothing on this page limits them.

Not always, and we would rather say so. A clearance line is a finite quantity bought at a clearance price, so when it is gone the same item at the same price often cannot be repeated.

Because of how the stock was bought and because there is no shop front behind it. It is surplus, closeout or liquidation stock, sold new, out of a warehouse rather than a high street.

New. Clearance refers to the price, not the condition, and nothing here is used, refurbished or sold as seconds.
